One Day of Hardwork

“If attaining a bright and successful future required just one full day of focus and purposefulness, everyone would be wildly successful.

However, the sad truth is that success requires and involves multiple, and sometimes miserable moments of little yet correct choices.

Success is really just the sum of usually small but mighty decisions made and then executed.”

~ The Real Love ~

10 year old poem written by Dr. Khalid Umer.

“People say love is blind

But I say it is kind.

People say love is mad

But I say it is not bad.

People say love is sour.

But I say it makes you pure.

People say love breaks a man.

But I say it makes a man.

I say there is great joy in love.

People say it brings you close to insanity.

People say love is to love a boy or a girl.

But I say love is to love humanity.

ABUSE & MANIPULATION

A Write-up by Humphery Adun

Humans are relational beings; and thus, we owe our existence to the ability to cultivate relationships that sustain our mental, physical, emotional and psychological tranquility. In every relationship, there are roles played by each correspondence, and these roles are defined by several factors; age, position, class, family, culture, spirituality, and tradition. This plays out in such a way that it creates dominant and subordinate(dependent) individuals in the relationships. Interestingly, as adults we play both roles of being both dependent and dominant at the same time, across different relationships, and thus there is a diffusion of a learned trait from a relationship circle to another one; and this goes on and on, creating a tangle of relationship traits. Lover, Savior

Feature post: Write up by Reynard

Now, I don’t only get to call HIM savior. I get to call HIM lover. I get to call HIM my very best friend.

I know a lot of people may look at this post and wonder what I smoked to get me this high. Truth is it’s HIS presence-

It’s a whole different kind of oxygen.

The type that comes when GOD himself draws you so near to HIM you can practically breath HIM in.

So close to the point HE feels like HE’s closer than your skin.

A place where HIS love for you echoes so loud it drowns out all the noise and opinions this world scream and that voice of condemnation-hahaha

It’s silenced completely to the point where you know beyond a shadow of doubt that with HIM is where you belong.

I’ve found my home in the heart of God.

And if you’ve ever wondered what the walls look like, just know it has your face, my face and the faces of the whole world tattooed throughout its entire parameter.

You may be one of those people who has always looked for a home in places you were never meant to fit in.

….. come as you are. GOD’s heart remains as open as the arms of JESUS the Christ that died for you on that cross……

Peace.
